Tradition and Innovation Carl Hoernecke GmbH is a privately owned Company situated in Magdeburg (in the former East Germany). The Company was originally established in 1896 and was re-privatised when this became possible with the reunification of Germany. The Company has developed, manufactures and markets pharmaceutical products in 3 main treatment areas: Effective Pain Relief in Rheumatism and Sport, Venous Therapy and Skin Treatment and is able to offer a full range of Branded Specialities in these fields. Manufacture is undertaken in a modern, GMP Certified production facility under strict Quality Control and Assurance procedures. The Company's Management Team has considerable personal experience in export, marketing and distribution (including local manufacture) in both the OTC and Ethical Pharmaceutical Markets world-wide. They are keen to expand the Company's scope of operations outside the German Market with appropriate Local Partners in interesting opportunities (not necessarily restricted to the Company's existing Product Range), based on a marketing orientated philosophy of establishing Brand Leaders in proven Market Sectors through successful Brand Management, advertising and promotional strategies.
